Shampoo & Conditioner Recommendation

I highly recommend the Tresemme Shampoo and Conditioner for wig care.

I’ve personally used this product on my wigs for 9 years, and it never disappoints. It:

Q: How long will my unit take to be completed?
A: Custom pre-order wigs require 15–21 business days for processing before shipping. This allows time for handcrafting your unit with care and quality. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Q: How long is shipping?
A: We ship all orders via USPS Priority Mail, which typically takes 3–5 business days.
Please note: Shipping time is separate from processing time. Your unit will ship after the processing period is complete.

Q: Are all wigs glueless?
A: No. Only closure wigs are glueless and can be worn without adhesive. Frontal wigs are not glueless and typically require glue or melting spray for secure installation. (Exception: ear tabs frontal wigs)

Refunds & Cancellations Policy

Due to the customized nature of our wigs, all sales are final and non-refundable.

Each unit is made specifically to your selected preferences—including length, lace type, density, and styling—making it uniquely tailored to you.

For hygiene and sanitary reasons, once a custom unit has been created, it cannot be resold or restocked, and therefore cannot be canceled or refunded.
